Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 14 days in advance. Guests may cancel their Booking until 14 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (excluding 3% transcation fee) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 14 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding 3% transcation fee) of their Booking Price.
